I am a Fractional CIO and AI Transformation Consultant with a career spanning some of the world's most complex technology environments. As Platform Services Director at WPP, I led the development of WPP Open — one of the world's largest agentic AI platforms, operating across 110 countries. Before that, as Systems Director at BSI (British Standards Institution), I led technology transformation at the organisation that defines standards for global industry.

I am a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ICAEW) and Chartered IT Professional (CITP, BCS), a published author of two books on technology and transformation, and a member of the AIGAS AI Governance Framework Board. I hold deep expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 — the world's first international standard for AI management systems.
